I am happy to finally have met all of you. I can tell that you are very motivated and that we will be very productive in class. I have taught ESL and various elementary grades, so I'm excited to be with older learners.
Some fun facts about me are: 1)I LOVE learning languages. 2)I shook hands with the president of Armenia in 2008. 3)Reading non fiction is my favorite pastime.
My hope is that you continue to be motivated throughout the year and remember what Confucius said, "It does not matter how slowly you go, as long as you don't stop."
Hello, my name is Nalie Xavier. I'm from Haiti. My reason for coming to class is to complete my HSE. My goals for this school year are to achieve good grades,go to most of my classes,learn something that changes the way I think. My aspiration is to have a fulfilling life where when I'm older I can look back and feel happy about greatest of it. A life full of learning and knowledge which I have used to makes others life better. I want to achieve most of my dreams while simultaneously earn the respect of the people around me.
It's a great pleasure to have you as our teacher and I'm looking forward for all the activities that you could bring us to help us acchieve our goals. I know that for some it's hard to achieve as long as we don't stop and my goal is to never quit.
